Two hours of outdoor field archery with all equipment provided. Available from April 1st to September 30th.

After a brief and thorough safety lesson with your coach, you will be introduced to your equipment and get shooting. As your accuracy improves, you’ll get to shoot at a range of interesting and fun targets, not just circles! Coaches will be on hand throughout to share tips, answer questions and keep everyone safe and having fun.

Starting on the outdoor 10yd target range, you will gain experience and confidence before we introduce you to some 3D targets around our woodland field course, including all kinds of fantasy creatures!

We recommend that participants wear trousers, preferably with a belt (this to attach your ‘quiver’ or arrowholder to), and flat shoes that cover the toes. Sandals are not recommended. The outdoor range is on grass and the woodland field course is dirt and leaves, like a wood, so dress appropriately please.

If you aren’t strong, don’t worry – not every bow is difficult to pull back! We have equipment suitable for all ages and strengths: generally speaking, if you are strong enough to open a standard door you can pull back one of our bows.
